Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a science, business, or engineering field is required.
- MBA or graduate degree is a plus and preferred for strategic roles.
- At least 5 years in product management or related fields with leadership experience.
Responsibilities
- Own global product strategy and lifecycle for molecular diagnostics.
- Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, Commercial to align roadmaps.
- Lead pricing, portfolio optimization, and regulatory positioning.
- Drive market insights, competitive analysis, and VOC programs.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain and external partners to optimize costs.
