Qualifications

• 10 years of industrial experience, program launch experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage Product Engineering team and lead new product development.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer personnel.
• Ensure compliance with policies to deliver error-free designs.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of engineering practices (GD & T, DOE, FMEA, DFM, CAD)

Education

4-year degree in mechanical engineering or engineering technology

4-5 years degree in engineering or equivalent preferred
