Job summary

Steve Madden is seeking a highly organized Product Development Associate in our NYC office to drive development through production and to the customer. You will connect Sales, Design, Production, Sourcing, overseas offices, factory partners, and customers to keep samples, orders, and information moving smoothly.

This role provides exposure to the full product lifecycle in a fast-paced fashion environment. Strong attention to detail, proactive communication, and Excel proficiency are essential;

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with product development, production, or order management systems.

Responsibilities

• Support product development and production from order to final execution.
• Coordinate with overseas offices and factories to meet timelines.
• Track samples and deliveries to ensure on-time arrivals.
• Enter and manage customer purchase orders in internal systems.
• Maintain up-to-date records across development and production lifecycle.
