Job summary

Resideo seeks a senior leader to govern Product Information Management and Digital Asset Management, ensuring accurate, complete product data across eCommerce, catalogs, and partner channels. You will own data standards, governance processes, and platform optimization while partnering with Product, Marketing, Sales, IT, and external providers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Information Management, Product Data Management, Master Data Management, eCommerce Operations, Digital Commerce, or related disciplines.
• 3+ years of experience working with PIM platforms.
• Demonstrated experience establishing data governance and quality management frameworks.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects involving business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and product data processes.
• Experience working with large product catalogs and complex product hierarchies.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own data governance and establish standards, taxonomies, hierarchies, attributes, naming conventions, and business rules.
• Develop data governance processes ensuring accuracy, completeness, consistency, and compliance.
• Create data quality scorecards, KPIs, and monitoring processes; drive improvements.
• Lead PIM/DAM platform management including roadmap, upgrades, and integrations.
• Manage content and syndication across internal and external channels.
