Callaway Golf is seeking a Project Manager focused on commercialization and product development. You will lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Creative Services, and R&D to drive new product introductions and optimize commercialization processes.

• BA/BS degree required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of project-team based work in warehouse or operations.
• Formal project management education and experience preferred.
• Product commercialization experience in consumer products and golf knowledge preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develops project plans for assigned programs with stakeholders.
• Monitors status of key deliverables and resources across time zones.
• Leads cross-functional team meetings and maintains documentation.
• Manages updates to product lines and handles lifecycle tasks.
• Acts as liaison between internal departments to resolve issues.
• Supports development of commercialization processes and PM governance.
