Job summary

GEP Worldwide in the United States seeks a Director – Managed Services (Procurement Transformation) to lead global procurement engagements. You will manage executive client relationships, direct onshore and offshore teams, and drive end-to-end delivery with strong SLA/KPI adherence.

This role focuses on S2P, P2P, strategic sourcing, and supplier management, guiding transformation initiatives and delivering measurable business value for global clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in procurement consulting, managed services, supply chain, or business transformation.
• Proven experience leading global onshore and offshore delivery teams.
• Strong client-facing experience managing executive stakeholders and complex global accounts.
• Demonstrated success leading procurement transformation and managed services engagements.
• Expertise across S2P, P2P, Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, Supplier Management, and Procurement Operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of procurement managed services engagements across global clients.
• Build and manage executive-level client relationships, acting as a strategic advisor and primary point of contact.
• Lead geographically distributed onshore consulting and offshore delivery teams, ensuring high-quality execution and achievement of SLAs and KPIs.
• Drive large-scale procurement transformation initiatives across Source-to-Pay (S2P), Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, Supplier Management, and Procurement Operations.
• Partner with clients to identify continuous improvement opportunities, optimize operating models, and deliver measurable business value.
• Lead governance reviews, executive business reviews, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with consulting, sales, and solutioning teams to support account growth, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
• Mentor and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
• Drive operational excellence through process standardization, automation, digital procurement solutions, and data-driven decision-making.
• Manage delivery financials, resource planning, utilization, and profitability.
