Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Procurement technologies and ERP integration (SAP Ariba & S4 HANA preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in business or technology (or related) preferred
• Understanding of leading P2P technology practices and system administration experience
• Strong project management skills and results orientation
• Experience with global collaboration and teamwork across departments
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication and facilitation skills
• Proven ability to gather data, analyze and produce high-quality outputs
• Strong facilitation to educate stakeholders across the company
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Customer support mindset with escalation prevention
• Ability to collaborate on international projects
• Strong organizational, time management, and influencing skills
• Experience with process, quality control, and workflow management
• Advanced Microsoft Excel user knowledge and skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, technology, and support
• Lead supplier management projects and onboarding
• Champion SAP Ariba BuyingHub across the organization
• Identify and guide P2P/BuyingHub optimization initiatives
• Mentor local support team on system issue resolution
• Organize and lead end-user training across the region
• Escalation point among leadership, support, and stakeholders
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance Buying & Invoicing and supplier management
• Develop training materials and reference guides; train global audiences
• Communicate status clearly to project teams and stakeholders
• Develop metrics, tools, and dashboards to track system performance
• Partner with global team on projects and optimization efforts
• Maintain trust with team members and stakeholders
