Job summary

Ascendion is seeking a Procurement Manager to develop global category strategies for modular electrical and mechanical infrastructure. You will lead supplier sourcing, competitive bidding, contract negotiations, and commercial management to drive cost efficiency and on-time delivery.

This remote role offers a salary range of $100,000–$104,000 annually, plus benefits, training, and a culture built on opportunity and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong procurement, sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management skills.
• Experience with skidding, skid-mounted systems, modularization, or prefabricated infrastructure.
• 8+ years in procurement, category management, supply chain, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global category strategies for modular electrical and mechanical infrastructure solutions.
• Lead supplier sourcing, competitive bidding, contract negotiations, and commercial management activities.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships to ensure capacity, quality, cost competitiveness, and on-time delivery.
• Partner with engineering, construction, quality, and operations teams to support successful program execution.
• Evaluate supplier capabilities, manufacturing capacity, quality performance, and delivery reliability.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks while driving continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives.
• Provide category insights, recommendations, and updates to business stakeholders and leadership.
