Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP is seeking an Expert Global Category Manager for Comm IC/Retimers/PHY. The role follows a hybrid model, with an average of two days per week in an HPE office.

You will lead procurement strategies globally, coordinate with engineering and manufacturing, and drive continuous improvements across categories and geographies. Ideal candidates have 6–10 years in procurement or supply chain, with strong English and local language mastery, and proven leadership

Qualifications

• First level university degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• Typically 6–10 years in procurement or supply chain.
• Global procurement experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides expertise for priority or new assignments with strategic implications across organization.
• Leads development of program and/or process solutions to meet business objectives.
• Develops and executes strategic plans across the company's geographies.
• Mentors and guides lower-level contributors in process improvements.
