Job summary

The role is full-time hourly, 40 hours weekly, with a Bachelor’s Degree required (preferably in Supply Chain/Logistics or International Trade) and a focus on learning procurement processes, supplier registration, and international trade documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required (Supply Chain/Logistics or International Trade preferred).
• Must be able to work Monday–Friday 8AM–5PM.
• Interest in pursuing procurement/supply chain.
• Knowledge of international trade regulations and documentation.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
• Bilingual Korean-English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement for Raw Materials, Equipment, Construction, and MRO in the Americas.
• Assist supplier registration and compliance tasks under guidance.
• Handle delivery schedules, logistics costs, and supplier payments reporting.
• Conduct supplier sourcing and price comparisons for GP items.
• Prepare HQ and weekly/monthly procurement reports.
• Utilize PowerPoint, Excel and ERP for data analysis.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
