You will drive sourcing programs, align with stakeholders, and build a high-performing global procurement team to optimize supplier relationships and deliver value to patients.

The role requires 12+ years in procurement, deep knowledge of pharma/bio-pharma procurement categories, and onsite work five days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field plus progressive procurement experience.
• Extensive knowledge of CMO/External Manufacturing procurement.
• Experience leading global categories and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead category strategies in CMO External Manufacturing, Drug Substance & Drug Product.
• Translate strategies into sourcing projects delivering value to Regeneron and its patients.
• Collaborate with Direct Procurement Leadership to evolve strategies as Regeneron’s pipeline evolves.
• Implement category strategies to meet objectives.
• Build and manage a global CMO procurement team.
• Drive supplier relationships and best-in-class partner management.
• Implement technology solutions to drive value and efficiency.
• On-site role five days per week.
