The Ladders is seeking a Global Process Engineering Authority - Press Cure Stator Bar Manufacturing to set the global standard for manufacturing processes across critical equipment production. Remote work option for US-based candidates; relocation assistance available.

Compensation ranges from $122,600 to $204,400 annually, with 25% travel expected. You will drive downtime reduction, preventive/predictive maintenance programs, and long-term solution design with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years in manufacturing or quality, or a high school diploma with 15+ years in the same field.
• 5 years of generator manufacturing experience.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% globally.

Responsabilités

• Define and communicate global manufacturing processes for production assets
• Validate design specifications and shop-floor applications of new processes
• Develop and implement reliability improvement strategies using best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Establish KPIs for equipment reliability and track progress against goals
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce equipment downtime
• Lead investigations into failures and chronic issues, and implement long-term corrective actions

For our client, we are seeking a Global Process Engineering Authority - Press Cure Stator Bar Manufacturing to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will set the global standard for manufacturing processes supporting critical industrial equipment production. You will partner across engineering, quality, operations, and shop-floor teams to validate new process designs, strengthen reliability, and drive consistent execution across manufacturing assets. The position also plays a key role in reducing downtime, improving preventive and predictive programs, and resolving chronic equipment issues through long-term solutions.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $122,600 – $204,400 annually
