HarbourVest Partners (U.K.) Limited is seeking a US-based External Wholesaler to partner with advisors, drive sales, and expand AUM across private and registered funds. You will collaborate with wholesalers and RIAs to build durable relationships and present sophisticated investment capabilities in a clear, compliant manner.

The role requires Series 7 and 63, strong capital markets knowledge, and the ability to travel.

Formación

• Series 7, Series 63 required.
• Strong capital markets knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to travel.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience 3–6 years in related industry preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to External Wholesalers covering a specific geographical region.
• Act as a liaison between External Wholesalers and financial advisors.
• Be the point of contact with financial advisors to increase sales and deepen relationships.
• Lead business meeting follow-up activities with prospective and existing advisors, and ensure maintenance of meeting/call notes in CRM.
• Understand complex investment capabilities across private and registered vehicles and communicate them clearly.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape across strategies and private wealth platforms.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leaders to ensure transparency and collaboration.
• Represent the firm with a strong presence that instills trust.
