Responsibilities

• Participate in sourcing, diligence, and investment analyses for primary, co-investment, and secondary opportunities.
• Present recommendations to Investment Committee and discuss risk/return considerations.
• Develop and execute portfolio construction and asset allocation strategies.
• Maintain relationships with fund managers and market participants to enhance deal flow.
• Oversee due diligence processes across financial, operational, and qualitative aspects.
• Mentor junior investment professionals and ensure rigorous investment processes.
• Collaborate with global teams and other asset classes to align strategy.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to structure and monitor investments.
