CELLA is seeking a Print Production Manager onsite in Summit, NJ to bridge design, prepress agencies, and print suppliers, ensuring creative intent and global brand standards translate into final printed materials. • Bachelor's degree and 5–7 years in publishing, print, or project management.
• Deep knowledge of all printing and prepress processes with leadership in a PrePress/Print/PM environment.
• Ability to resolve complex production problems creatively in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong multi-tasking and communication skills.
• MAC-based workflow proficiency (Adobe Creative Suite, Acrobat Pro).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with global printers and packaging sites to meet specs and brand standards.
• Interface with Brand Design to discuss design intent vs printer capabilities and attend reviews.
• Lead pre-production meetings with third-party prepress suppliers and printers.
• Plan and execute print trials, traveling to printer locations to supervise first runs.
• Review proofs, define Brand Color Specifications, and distribute color data internally and externally.
