PCI Pharma Services seeks a Principal Engineer to lead Global Technical Operations, Engineering & Innovation. You will oversee FEED for sterile fill/lyophilization facilities, develop project charters, and manage cross-functional teams to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• BS in Chemical, Mechanical, or other Engineering from an accredited university.
• PMP certification or similar accreditation.
• Master’s degree in Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be SME in isolated or RABS sterile fill finishing and lyophilization equipment and operations.
• Lead FEED efforts to develop project scopes, cost estimates, and schedules.
• Manage external partners and cross-functional teams for FEED delivery.
• Develop and implement segment engineering standards and governance.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement culture across the segment.
• Coordinate with senior leadership and stakeholders to ensure project success.

Education

BS in Chemical, Mechanical, or other Engineering degree from an accredited university

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar accreditation

Masters degree in Engineering
