What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and lead commercial programs that drive adoption of remote monitoring and analytics globally
- Define the value proposition and messaging for remote monitoring, ensuring alignment across products and markets
- Shape global segmentation and targeting priorities based on market dynamics and customer needs
- Collaborate across product lines to deliver unified solution narratives and monitor competitive activity
- Translate data and analytics into compelling value stories that demonstrate impact for clinicians and hospital leaders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 7+ years of relevant marketing/marketing product management experience or advanced degree with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence in a matrixed, global environment
- Experience in downstream/global marketing, including portfolio positioning and launch execution
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex clinical or technical insights into compelling value messaging
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in remote monitoring, digital health, or analytics
- Prior experience leading global programs or working with regional marketing partners
- MBA or advanced degree in business, life sciences, or healthcare management
