Job summary

Domino's Pizza in Michigan seeks a Director of International Pricing and Revenue Management to drive pricing strategy across global markets. You will lead a team, partner with MFZ and DPI, and shape pricing to maximize revenue and profitability through data analytics, market insights, and competitive benchmarking.

Responsibilities include collaborating with finance, marketing, and supply chain, leading pricing experiments, developing KPIs, and guiding macroeconomic considerations to sustain

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and financial acumen with expertise in SQL, Excel, or similar data tools.
• 15+ years of experience in pricing strategy, revenue management, or analytics.
• Experience with price elasticity modeling, A/B testing, and ML-driven pricing optimization is a plus.
• Experience designing, running and analyzing customer quantitative surveys to determine pricing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Support international markets in defining, refining, and optimizing pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Provide hands-on strategic pricing consulting to priority markets from opportunity assessment through execution support.
• Lead pricing experiments and price elasticity studies to assess impact on demand and profitability.
• Collaborate with finance, marketing, operations, and supply chain to align pricing with business goals.
• Drive menu optimization initiatives to enhance value perception and sales mix.
• Develop and track pricing KPIs to measure success and inform actions.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor pricing, and macroeconomic factors.
• Lead and develop a pricing analytics team across International Markets.
