AIG seeks a Director, Global Pricing & Financial Operations to lead pricing strategy, financial planning, and reporting for its global warranty portfolio. You will partner with client teams and executives to drive profitable growth, enable product launches, and ensure pricing integrity across markets.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Operations, Finance, IT, and Actuarial teams to improve reporting, automation, and scalable processes, with primary in-office work and a strong Total Rewards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, administration, accounting, analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in finance, pricing, analytics, or related fields.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; SQL and BI tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing strategies to support growth and profitability across global markets.
• Create, maintain, and implement pricing models for programs and products.
• Lead pricing reviews and client discussions for new launches and expansions.
• Provide financial analysis, forecasting, and profitability assessments.
• Monitor program performance and deliver management reporting and insights.
• Establish pricing controls and governance to ensure accuracy and compliance.
