Feld Entertainment, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Global Public Relations for Monster Jam to provide strategic PR guidance across markets. This role requires strong organization, self-starting capability, and a background in sports PR and media relations.

You will help manage PR campaigns, media relations, and assets while supporting touring units and corporate partners. Travel ~30% and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• College degree in public relations, journalism, communications, or marketing is required.
• 3-5 years’ PR experience, preferably in sports or entertainment.
• Demonstrated experience leading PR campaigns and media strategy.
• Strong knowledge of media relations, influencer engagement, and PR tools.
• Highly organized with strong project management and multitasking abilities.
• Experience guiding influencer or creator engagement programs is a plus.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience developing reporting dashboards and communications infrastructure.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced, fiscally responsible environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating overall Public Relations efforts for Monster Jam.
• Develop and maintain publicity materials: press releases, infographics, media recaps.
• Support day-to-day needs of touring units with Event Marketing & Sales and Corporate Partners.
• Identify media trends and develop tactics to maximize opportunities.
• Draft and distribute targeted pitches, press releases and advisories to national media.
• Cultivate relationships with journalists and influencers.
• Liaise with media, Monster Jam athletes and operations teams to promote events.
• Assist with media training for drivers and staff on tours.
• Manage ticket requests for national press, VIPs, influencers, and charity partners.
• Track the Monster Jam PR budget daily.
• Support PR team in execution of special projects and events.
