Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Product Manager to lead the PowerFlex 755T portfolio, its accessories, and options. This global role involves product launches, pricing, VoC insights, and lifecycle management across Engineering, Operations, and Sales.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Industrial Automation/Power Control PM or Engineering, with PLC/automation domain experience, and willingness to travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• U.S. work authorization is required; no sponsorship.
• Travel up to 10% nationally/internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic planning for PowerFlex 755T portfolio via a BSR process.
• Drive product-market fit through VoC, market analysis, and benchmarking.
• Lead alignment across Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams.
• Lead creation and management of PRDs aligned to customer needs and business outcomes.
• Develop pricing strategies, commercial programs, and competitive positioning.
