Job summary

Medline Industries, LP seeks an experienced leader to oversee global postmarket surveillance, complaint management, investigations, and regulatory reporting. You will guide governance, standardization, and harmonization across Medline’s product portfolios and ensure compliant, consistent implementation worldwide.

The role requires strengthening processes, leading cross‑functional teams, and driving continuous improvement in quality systems and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific, engineering, quality, regulatory, or related technical field.
• Experience with medical device and pharmaceutical quality systems and postmarket surveillance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage global postmarket surveillance processes including complaint handling, investigations, device vigilance, regulatory reporting, and pharmacovigilance.
• Oversee governance, standardization, training, and inspection readiness across Medline's processes and systems.
• Drive continuous improvement, harmonization, and integration of postmarket processes with cross‑functional partners.
