Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 6-8 years industry experience in an investment management firm.
• Strong knowledge of investment products and processes.
• Experience with end-to-end investment services workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and recommendations to address cross-region and cross-functional concerns.
• Own and resolve critical production issues with cross-vendor teams.
• Mentor analysts and drive research, implementation, and documentation of new requirements.
• Develop plans and priorities aligned with team goals and global coverage.
• Represent IDS Portfolio Services in cross-functional projects and build consensus.
