Job summary

Invesco seeks a Senior Operations Analyst to provide expert support and address complex, cross-region and cross-vendor business concerns, collaborating across functions and locations.

You will help resolve critical production issues, develop subject-matter expertise, and guide escalation processes while building strong relationships with investments, compliance and service providers worldwide.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of industry experience in an investment management firm.
• Excellent knowledge of investment products globally.
• Comprehensive understanding of internal and industry standards and principles.
• Proven ability to identify and resolve complex, multi-dimensional business problems by applying broad functional and process knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide cross-region and cross-vendor input to address complex business concerns.
• Assist in resolving critical production issues with accuracy and efficiency.
• Contribute to SME development and support escalation processes as required.
• Provide guidance to colleagues in day-to-day operations and production support tasks.
• Liaise with stakeholders such as investments, compliance and service providers across IDS global functions.
