The ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions is seeking a Strategic Project Manager who will operate within the Global PMO to lead cross-functional non-IT initiatives across Operations, supply chain, and real estate to drive efficiency and scalable performance.

This role embeds governance, drives structured execution, and delivers strategic initiatives with measurable outcomes, acting as a bridge between strategy and delivery for the business.

Qualifications

• Strong experience delivering cross-functional operational improvement projects
• Background in PMO, strategy execution, operation al excellence
• Highly organized with stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable operating across functions, regions, and seniority levels
• Degree in Business Administration or similar
• Certified PMO, ITIL, or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Strategic Initiative Delivery: manage concurrent cross-functional non-IT initiatives from planning to post-launch validation
• Governance & Structure Implementation: apply PMO governance standards and build structured intake and readiness frameworks
• Cross-Functional Coordination: drive alignment across Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, IT and external partners; manage dependencies and risks
• Provide visibility into progress, risks, and resource needs; support portfolio-level decisions
