Job summary

Otis is seeking a motivated Project Management Intern to join its Global Program Management Office in Farmington, CT. You will work alongside experienced PMs, gaining hands-on exposure to planning, scheduling, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Product Management, Supply Chain, and more.

The role offers experience in project planning, governance, status reporting, and the use of AI and digital tools to improve execution and team effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing project schedules, milestone plans, and deliverables.
• Help document project objectives, scope, assumptions, and stakeholder requirements.
• Participate in planning sessions and project reviews.
• Assist with Program Execution Support by tracking project milestones, action items, and commitments.
• Help maintain project plans, dashboards, and status reports.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential schedule or resource concerns.
• Facilitate cross-functional team meetings and document decisions and follow-up actions.
• Support development of PMO templates, tools, and standard work.
