You will shape strategies, roadmaps, and go-to-market plans, coordinating with engineering, sales, and supply chain to deliver profitable growth and funded product launches across markets.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 7–10 years of product management or related experience in industrial electrical or power electronics.
• Proven ability to develop global product strategies and profitable growth.
• Strong financial acumen including pricing, margins, and forecasts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, cross-cultural collaboration.
• English fluency; Mandarin desirable for China-based aspects.
• Self-starter with bias for action and ability to influence global teams.

Aufgaben

• Own and drive the global strategy for Solar Fuses and High-Speed Fuses.
• Develop 3–5 year roadmaps using market data, VOC, and tech trends.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver lifecycle management and launches.
• Define pricing architectures and support strategic quotations.
• Lead supply strategy and capacity expansion aligned with growth.
• Build relationships with OEMs, EPCs, and channel partners.
• Ensure compliance with UL/IEC and product changes processes.
