Auria is seeking a Lead Plex Analyst to spearhead Plex ERP initiatives across our North America manufacturing and corporate IT landscape. You will drive ERP strategy, optimize processes, and collaborate with global teams to ensure Plex delivers maximum value for plants, supply chain, and finance.

The role emphasizes leadership, system optimization, and ongoing training, with travel primarily within the U.S. and Mexico to support implementations.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Plex ERP and strong ERP implementation background.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional ERP projects and align IT with business goals.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP projects and Plex implementations across the business units.
• Align Plex ERP capabilities with strategic goals and drive optimization.
• Provide Plex module expertise (Finance, SCM, HCM, MES, QMS, APM, Maintenance).
• Oversee ERP performance, user support, and incident management.
• Develop and deliver training sessions and update process documentation.
• Travel as needed to support implementations and plant needs.
