Job summary

Auria is seeking a Lead Plex Analyst to drive Plex ERP strategies and global implementations across North America. The role partners IT with business units to optimize manufacturing and supply chain processes, while leading cross-functional teams and optimizing automation within Plex.

The position requires hands-on Plex ERP expertise, strong project leadership, and the ability to train teams on standardized Plex usage. Travel within the U.S. and Mexico is expected as projects roll out.

Qualifications

Extensive experience with Plex ERP, especially in manufacturing contexts.
Strong background in ERP implementation and continuous improvement.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management across IT and business.

Responsibilities

Lead ERP projects and drive Plex ERP implementations and integrations globally.
Align Plex capabilities with strategic goals across finance, supply chain, and manufacturing.
Design, implement, and improve Plex-based processes and automation opportunities.
Oversee system performance, issue resolution, and incident management.
Deliver training and coordinate documentation for standardized Plex usage.
Collaborate with service providers and internal teams; travel as needed.
