Job summary

The Lubrizol Corporation is seeking an Operator to perform safe and efficient unit operations across our manufacturing processes in Bowling Green, Ohio. You’ll conduct rounds, monitor equipment, and support continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, strong safety mindset, good communication, and the ability to work a 12-hour shift. Experience with SAP and MS Office is a plus.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and be trained in industrial operations.

• Strong safety mindset and PPE compliance.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move during a 12-hour shift.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs and climbing stairs may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operates equipment safely and efficiently in the unit.
• Performs rounds and field quality testing of process equipment and product quality.
• Assists with root cause investigations and problem solving.
• Trains new operators and shares operating knowledge.
• Monitors unit metrics to ensure alignment with goals.
