Job summary

The role requires 15+ years of piping experience with 5+ years in leadership, strong knowledge of ASME codes, and proficiency in Revit or AutoCAD Plant 3D. You will coordinate with global teams, mentor junior engineers, and manage scope, schedule, and budgets to ensure safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in piping engineering or design with lead experience.
• 5+ years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, and budget.
• Advanced piping codes knowledge (ASME, B31.3, BPE).
• Proficient in Revit or AutoCAD Plant 3D; coordination with global teams.
• Strong constructability, safety, and cost control understanding.
• Excellent communication and leadership for multidiscipline teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary piping discipline lead ensuring standards compliance.
• Supervise pipe design, layout, routing, and cross-discipline coordination.
• Oversee piping material specifications for process and utilities.
• Maintain client relationships and communicate scope changes.
• Monitor project earned value and manage changes.
• Develop person-hour estimates and allocate resources.
• Coordinate piping stress analysis with stress engineers.
• Drive global workshare execution through strategic coordination.
• Mentor junior engineers and designers.
• Review vendor drawings and develop design estimates.
• Keep construction costs and safety at the forefront.
