Job summary

Kennametal is seeking a Manager of Product Information Management to lead global PIM strategy, governance, and data quality across digital channels. You will partner with Engineering, GPM, Sales and Digital teams to enable superior customer experiences.

You will manage an international team, drive data standards, taxonomy, and data models, and deliver enriched product content for eCommerce, CAD/CAM ecosystems, catalogs, and distributor platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7+ years in product management or related fields.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a global organization.
• Proven ability to manage complex business processes and programs.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Digital teams.

Responsibilities

• Define product information vision, roadmap, and release plan.
• Build partnerships to analyze customer needs and develop product roadmaps.
• Define backlog items for scrum development.
• Prioritize backlog and coordinate with development teams.
• Lead stakeholder engagement during scrum events and iterations.
• Ensure data quality across channels including web and CAD/CAM.
• Ambassador for Digital Product Information and ROI ownership.
• Lead data quality audits and reporting initiatives.
• Develop processes and standards for world-class product data governance.
