Job summary

CVS Health in Bloomington, IL seeks a Non-US Accredited Foreign Graduate to join our internship program under direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist. You will complete required US internship hours to advance toward licensure and gain experience in patient care, regulatory compliance, and retail pharmacy operations.

In this role you will support safety, counseling, inventory, workflow, and leadership activities while adhering to CVS SOPs and state/federal regulations to ensure quality

Qualifications

• Doctorate (PharmD) or equivalent Pharmacist degree from a non-US accredited school.
• Active Pharmacy Intern license in the state where district is located.
• Willingness to complete US internship hours and licensure process.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist pharmacy and front-store customers.
• Process prescriptions and manage medication handling under supervision.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and laws.
• Lead and participate in store operations and patient safety.
• Coordinate with pharmacy manager to develop staff and improve workflow.
