Job summary

CVS Health is offering a Non-US Accredited Foreign Graduate Training Program designed to complete required US internship hours and prepare for pharmacist licensure. Under supervision, you will deliver patient-centered care, ensure regulatory compliance, and participate in pharmacy operations and leadership activities within a Retail Pharmacy setting.

Qualifications

• Foreign Graduate from a Non-US accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Pharmacist licensure in the state within 120 days of US Intern hours completion.
• US Intern hours within 18 months if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in-store and at drive-thru; answer questions and resolve concerns.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA; comply with federal/state laws.
• Process prescriptions including SIG translation, counting, labeling, and dispensing under supervision.
• Provide counseling and information to customers; interact with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care.
• Lead with Heart; support management and Pharmacy Support Staff; help drive store performance.
