CVS Health offers a structured program for US Non-Accredited Foreign Graduates to gain real-world pharmacy experience and complete required intern hours. You will work under a preceptor, learn to apply didactic knowledge, and prepare for licensure exams in a dynamic retail pharmacy environment.

Successful candidates complete the 18-month internship and pursue licensure, with opportunities to transition into a pharmacist role as they grow clinically and operationally within CVS Health.

Qualifications

Foreign Graduate from a non-US accredited college/school of pharmacy.
FPGEC certification required.
Pharmacist licensure in the state where the position is based within 120 days of completing US intern hours.

Responsibilities

Support pharmacy workflow and patient health by following SOPs and assisting Pharmacists and Technicians.
Assist with immunizations, counseling, and answering medical questions under supervision.
Handle telephonic prescriptions and clarify with prescribers where allowed by state law.
Maintain accuracy in dispensing, labeling, and patient privacy in accordance with regulations.
Contribute to a safe, inclusive culture and continuous improvement in pharmacy operations.
