Job summary

CVS Health is offering a program for U.S. non-accredited foreign graduates to complete required internship hours and prepare for a Pharmacist role. Under a preceptor, you will follow a structured learning plan to develop knowledge and leadership within a retail pharmacy setting.

You will gain experience in patient care, SOP adherence, and regulatory compliance while working with pharmacy staff. Successful completion of internship within 18 months and licensure within 120 days of internship is

Qualifications

• Foreign graduate from a non-U.S. accredited college prior to beginning U.S. Non-Accredited Foreign Graduate Training Program at CVS
• FPGEC certification required for program entry
• Pharmacist licensure in the state where based within 120 days of completing U.S. intern hours
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, intern and/or technician licensure as required

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
• Assist pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled safely and accurately
• Counsel patients and answer questions, include immunization support where permitted
• Maintain SOPs and protect patient privacy and data
• Support pharmacy operations, inventory, and cross-store travel as needed
