Job summary

Eli Lilly and Company is seeking a Global Patient Safety Pharmacoepidemiologist to provide data-driven guidance for safety profiles of Lilly products. You will design and lead pharmacoepidemiology studies, contribute to risk management plans, and collaborate with external partners to ensure robust regulatory submissions.

The role requires a PhD in Epidemiology or related field and 3+ years of relevant experience, with exposure to multiple data sources and advanced epidemiologic methods.

Qualifications

  • PhD in Epidemiology or related Public Health field.
  • High-level knowledge of global regulations with respect to drug safety and adverse event reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to apply statistical and epidemiological methods.
  • Excellent teamwork skills and ability to work in a fast-paced matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design and execution of observational studies within cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and implement risk management and real world evidence strategies.
  • Collaborate on regulatory documents and signaling activities for safety assessments.
  • Advance analytic tools for disease state characterization, signal detection, and data integration.
