Responsibilities

Lead the governance and adoption of the Business Unit's strategic performance measurement framework.
Ensure consistent interpretation and application of KPIs across regions.
Drive harmonization of reporting standards, methodologies, and processes globally.
Identify gaps, data quality issues, and opportunities to improve performance visibility.
Maintain governance processes to ensure KPI definitions and reporting standards are followed.
