Alight Solutions is currently recruiting Global People Operations Junior Specialist located in Krakow, Poland (remote work possible).

We are looking for can-do attitude people with passion for HR field who are eager to learn and create first-class service and operation support.

As part of an industry-leading team, you will help drive results for our colleagues by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our HR Operations business group within Alight Solutions.

About the Role

Your Impact as GPO Junior Specialist includes but is not limited to:

  • Providing HR operational and administrative support for Alight employees as an administrator of core HR processes;

  • Working closely with stakeholders, employees, managers, vendors, in-country HR and recruiting teams in North America, Asia-Pacific, Poland and other European countries to process data related to the employee lifecycle after hiring process;

  • Area of support including e.g. referrals, medical checks, health and safety, job changes, leave of absence, payroll related cases, terminations;

  • Handling assignment of case types;

  • Managing transactions and data accuracy, ensuring appropriate and timely completion of all required system steps and document preparation;

  • Taking part in HR international projects;

  • Working on continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures.

Required Experience:

  • Ability to work in professional and confidential capacity in fast paced environment;

  • Self-motivation, ability to prioritize tasks and autonomously work on assigned cases to meet tight deadlines;

  • Independent decision making approach;

  • Flexible and proactive attitude;

  • Strong problem solving skills;

  • Analytical approach;

  • Good team working and communication skills;

  • High level of attention to details;

  • Fluent English – C1 Level is preferred;

  • Word, Excel, Outlook practical knowledge;

  • Quick learner.

Preferred:

  • Understandingof HR employment cycle, hiring process and/or background checking - will be an advantage;

  • Cross cultural competence will be an asset;

  • 3-6 months experience in HR, payroll, data administration, recruitment, consulting;

  • Experience with tools Workday, Case Management tools, DocuSign, Ironclad;

Education:

  • High School Diploma required.
