Job summary

Aerospacelab is seeking a Supply Chain Project Manager to own end-to-end development of our PCB supplier panel, covering bare board procurement and PCBA/EMS. You will build a robust, qualified supply chain for PCBs across satellite programs, ensuring two qualified suppliers per PCB type for resilience.

You will analyze all PCBs, derive annual production volumes, and determine supplier capacity and panel sizing.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent in electronics, manufacturing, production or supply chain.
• 3–7 years in PCB/PCBA procurement or EMS supplier management.
• Solid understanding of PCB fabrication and assembly processes and IPC standards.
• Proven project management skills across multi-stakeholder campaigns.
• Experience with RFQ, negotiation, PO management and delivery follow-up.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead company-wide PCB demand analysis and panel strategy.
• Derive annual PCB production volumes and translate to supplier capacity.
• Define target supplier panel architecture with baseline and alternative suppliers.
• Maintain a living PCB supply chain roadmap aligned with production targets.
• Manage supplier qualification, from RFIs to production release.
• Coordinate NPI with Design, Quality, Industrialization and Procurement teams.
• Review Gerber files, BOMs and DFx to ensure DFM/DFA compliance.
• Establish and monitor supplier KPIs and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams for manufacturability.
