Job summary

IFF is seeking a Director of Global Payroll to lead the execution, implementation, and stabilization of the global payroll function for the Food Ingredients business as it becomes a standalone organization. This leader will translate strategy into action and drive Day 1 readiness across 45+ countries for ~5,700 employees.

This hands-on transformation role will eventually assume the US Payroll Lead responsibility while maintaining global payroll leadership to ensure compliant, scalable operations

Qualifications

• Extensive global payroll leadership experience in a complex multinational.
• Proven track record leading payroll implementations, transitions, or sizable transformations.
• Experience managing external payroll vendors and working in global vendor service delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution, implementation, and stabilization of the global payroll function across 45+ countries for ~5,700 employees.
• Drive Day 1 readiness and ensure readiness activities are actively managed across milestones and risks.
• Oversee vendor coordination and performance to execute the defined payroll model.
• Build and maintain compliant, scalable payroll processes aligned with legal, tax, and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as the future-state US Payroll Lead while continuing global payroll leadership.
