Job summary

Hygiena is hiring a Payroll Specialist in Camarillo, CA. This full‑time, non‑exempt position supports bi‑weekly payroll for multi‑state entities and assists with international payroll. You will partner with HR and Finance to ensure accurate payroll processing, reporting, and compliance.

The role requires 4+ years in payroll, ADP experience, and strong Excel skills; bilingual Spanish is a plus. Join Hygiena to support communities through precise payroll operations in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of payroll processing experience, including lead capacity
• Experience in a corporate environment
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll processing system
• Knowledge of multi-state and international payroll preferred
• Excellent verbal and written English; bilingual in Spanish preferred
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll for multi-state entities via ADP with oversight from Payroll Manager
• Assist with Americas & APAC international payroll and integrate international employees
• Prepare statistical summaries and reports using Excel and payroll system
• Resolve time and attendance issues and communicate with managers
• Collaborate with department managers to ensure accurate reports and processes
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and maintain payroll records
