Job summary

Apple's Global Payroll Accounting team is seeking an experienced accountant to manage payroll close activities for multiple entities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. You will balance sheet reconcile, prepare journal vouchers, and support key projects such as Blackline, Dataiku, S4 Hana and Robotics while improving processes and internal controls.

The role requires a Fully Qualified Accountant (CPA/ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong collaboration, problem solving and adherence to US

Qualifications

• Fully Qualified Accountant with CPA/ACA/ACCA/CIMA.

Key Qualifications

• Commercial working experience, preferably in a fast‑paced MNC Shared Services environment is desirable.
• Experience in SAP system will be an advantage.

Description

Reporting to the Global Payroll Accounting Manager, you will play an integral part in managing the payroll & benefit related close activities for legal entities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in line with SOX compliance, Apple policy and US GAAP. Balance Sheet reconciliation and Journal Voucher preparation will be key tasks. You will also play an integral part in supporting several key projects such as Blackline, Dataiku, S4 Hana & Robotics. You will drive process and efficiency improvements through innovation. You will also be working with the team to establish and implement consistent and effective processes globally.
