Job summary

HDR, Inc. is seeking a Payroll Senior Manager to lead global payroll operations, including US payroll, international payrolls, and the Oracle Time & Labor platform. The role focuses on building high-performing teams, maintaining controls, and delivering accurate payroll across multiple countries.

The candidate will collaborate with HR, Accounting, ERP, Treasury, and Tax, managing vendor relationships and ensuring timely payroll processing in a dynamic, multi-year technology program.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of accounting and/or business experience, preferably in Payroll.
• Experience managing payroll within a global organization.
• At least 5 years of supervisory responsibilities demonstrating leadership and customer service.
• Strong organization, time management, and risk mitigation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee US Payroll, US Payroll Tax, International Payrolls, and OTL.
• Define strategic vision for payroll teams and related systems.
• Maintain KPIs and cross-training for resiliency.
• Lead ERP and payroll integration across acquisitions.
