Job summary

ComPsych Corporation is seeking a Global Payroll Lead to manage accurate, timely payroll processing across multiple countries and entities. You will collaborate with in-country partners, HR, finance, and legal to ensure compliance with local tax, labor, and statutory requirements.

You will handle end-to-end payroll, data validation, and year-end filings while navigating diverse regulatory environments and data privacy rules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of payroll processing experience, including 1–2 years in multi-country or international payroll.
• Experience with payroll compliance in two or more countries outside the U.S.
• Experience with payroll/HRIS platforms such as ADP, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Rippling, or similar.
• Strong Excel skills and data accuracy; ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll for employees across multiple countries and entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collect, validate and input payroll data including hires, terminations, salary changes, bonuses, and deductions.
• Coordinate with in-country partners to execute payroll runs and reconcile payroll data.
