Job Title : Global Payroll and Tax Analyst

Location : North Chicago, IL 60064 or 100% Remote

Contract Duration : 06+ Months Contract with possibility to extend

Pay Range: $50.00 - $55.00/hr. on w2

· Self-starter and ability to take initiative. Keen desire to learn.

· Advanced analytical and Excel skills (looking for power user)

· Effective verbal and written communication skills are imperative

· Ability to project manage several projects simultaneously

· Global mobility tax and payroll experience

· Bi-lingual or multi-lingual

Job Reppnsibilities:

· Review and analyze expatriate tax and payroll results and pay slips in various currencies

· Navigate within the Workday environment and analyze data extracted from the platform

· Utilize vendor tools and source documents to validate Expatriate payroll production including tax ramifications

· Operate under general or minimum supervision, and perform duties with broad latitude for judgment

· Quickly synthesize data, determine implications, and make informed decisions often with large volumes of data

· Document, recommend, and make process improvements

· Present outcome of analysis to team members as well as leadership

· Tax Equalization review and collection

· Other duties as assigned
