Job summary

Google Inc. is seeking a Product Solutions Engineer in Sunnyvale, CA to drive onboarding of global banks, fintechs, and Token Service Providers onto Google Pay and Google Wallet.

You will lead UPP API integrations, troubleshoot complex workflows, and collaborate with multiple teams to influence the tokenization roadmap. You’ll work with Consumer Payments product and engineering teams on scalable solutions, provide technical guidance, and build tools to streamline partner onboarding, with a focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
• Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
• Experience using AI for workflows.

Responsibilities

• Act as lead consultant for global financial institutions and TSPs, guiding architecture and integration of UPP APIs.
• Partner with external engineering teams to debug complex system integration issues.
• Synthesize partner feedback into actionable feature requests for Google’s Consumer Payments product and engineering teams.
• Collaborate with internal BD, PMs, and Operations to manage launch pipelines.
• Build and deploy technical automation, tools, and developer documentation to scale issuer onboarding.
