Job summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals seeks an Associate Director, Product Lead for Global Patient Safety to steer IT-enabled solutions. Based in Armonk, NY or Warren, NJ, with four days onsite weekly, you will lead cross-functional teams, align roadmaps with business needs, and drive end-to-end product management and compliance across markets.

You will mentor analysts, manage vendors, and coordinate upgrades while delivering on strategic initiatives and regulatory requirements across Global Development.

Qualifications

• A Bachelors Degree in a related field.
• At least 10+ years relevant experience including product owner experience for Global Patient Safety technology solutions.
• Experience with end-to-end GxP implementations from requirements gathering to IQ and PQ execution.
• Knowledge of ITIL v3x and IT Service Management frameworks.
• Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle and agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Strong track record in technology project and stakeholder management with budget oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation, support and improvements for Global Patient Safety tech products.
• Oversee intake, prioritization, and alignment of roadmaps with product priorities.
• Guide and mentor Product Analysts and Delivery & Operations team members.
• Own end-to-end automated reporting, ensure data integrity and compliant submission checks.
• Harmonize data narratives and formatting to reduce regional variability and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Build relationships with leaders and stakeholders to clarify demands and negotiate solutions.
• Oversee resourcing and vendor delivery, managing internal and vendor associates.
• Lead steering committees, change requests, issue management, and release activities.
• Ensure delivery of project milestones and oversee analysts and team members.
• Drive capability-roadmap planning and end-to-end product management.
