Job summary

Hyundai Mobis is seeking a Development Specialist to coordinate parts development and implementation within a cross-functional team. The role requires fluent Korean and English, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

You will manage detailed project plans, monitor milestones, and liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time production launches. Travel and overtime may be required in this automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Korean and English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication and analytical abilities.
• Experience in purchasing or supply chain is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate parts development and implementation.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Monitor milestones including tooling readiness, ISIR approvals, validation builds, and launches.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time execution.
• Report status to management and maintain supplier relationships.
• Translate technical files between Korean and English when needed.
