A large well-known hospital group is urgently looking to hire an Admin Assistant to join their team on-site in Los Angeles, CA! Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working in theatrical/brand marketing.
• Experience working for entertainment, streaming, or film clients.
• Extensive experience using Microsoft Office, Keynote, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support the Global Director in building and executing strategic partnerships.
• Assist in the management of various promotional marketing campaigns.
• Liaise with internal and external creative vendors as necessary.

Skills

Print and social media experience

Stakeholder management

Extensive Microsoft Office usage
